Parker Bailey is a Senior Landman in the Land department at Phoenix Energy, bringing 17 years of experience in land and a career built largely at two of the industry’s most respected organizations—Denbury Resources and ExxonMobil—where he served as both a landman and land supervisor. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma. A highlight of his career was being part of the land team that helped develop the Bakken during the early stages of horizontal drilling in North Dakota, a formative experience that shaped his understanding of large-scale development from the ground up. Known for his detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and consistently positive energy, Parker brings both depth of experience and a collaborative spirit to every project.
At Phoenix Energy, Parker is focused on adding value through his experience, work ethic, and attitude—continuing to grow professionally while making a positive impact on the company and the people around him.
Parker resides in Dallas, Texas and is a proud husband and father of two boys, ages 11 and 13. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and teaching his sons baseball—and values every moment spent with his family.
