Celine Hagopian is a Closing Specialist in the Operations department at Phoenix Energy. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Philosophy, a course of study that has sharpened her approach to communication, critical thinking, and problem solving. Prior to joining Phoenix Energy, Celine worked in healthcare as an Office Manager and also directed the Pilates department at her organization, earning her Mat Pilates certification and teaching classes. She is known for her ability to stay organized under pressure, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and connect meaningfully with the people around her.
One of Celine’s proudest professional achievements was cultivating a positive, well-structured environment for both staff and patients in her previous role—improving communication, organization, and workflow in ways that lifted team morale and enhanced the patient experience. That experience reinforced her belief in the power of thoughtful leadership. At Phoenix Energy, she is energized by the pace and problem-solving nature of her role, and she aspires to grow into a leadership position in operations where she can make a meaningful impact.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Celine comes from a close-knit family and values strong relationships and support systems—qualities that shape how she shows up both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she is happiest outdoors: off-roading, paddleboarding, jet-skiing, and camping. Time near nature and the water is how she resets and recharges.
